At Origin 19:19, all our pieces are made to order with care and craftsmanship. Due to the nature of handloom and made-to-order products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds.
Exchanges We offer exchanges in the following cases:
- You received a damaged or defective item
- You received an incorrect item
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at hello.origin1919@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. Requests raised after this window will not be entertained.
Exchange Conditions
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact
- Exchanges are subject to stock/fabric availability; if unavailable, store credit may be offered
- Sarees and garments that have been dry cleaned, altered, or worn are not eligible for exchange
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Custom or personalised orders
- Sale or discounted items
- Items without original tags or packaging
Care Note All our Chanderi pieces are dry clean only. Damage resulting from improper care is not covered under our exchange policy.
